Leadership rooted in scholarship and service.

Noskany Consulting is led by a career public health educator and global health practitioner with more than two decades of experience spanning academia, government, and international development.

Dr. Armstrong-Mensah has served at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Center for Global Health, taught global health at Emory University and Morehouse School of Medicine, and directed undergraduate public health education at Georgia State University. With the United Nations World Food Programme in Ghana, she established HIV/AIDS initiatives and managed girls’ education and nutrition projects across five regions and 44 districts.

Her consulting portfolio includes work with the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, DANIDA, GTZ, and JICA on health, water and sanitation, and development programs — experience that now anchors Noskany Consulting’s commitment to evidence, equity, and capacity building.
